Business Development Marketing Manager Apply only through this Post. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B international business, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. The General Manager of Sales and Marketing will oversee and manage all aspects of the sales and marketing functions of the company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Generating International Leads for the business Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals and objectives. Manage and oversee the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and PR. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the sales and marketing functions. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. At least 10 years of experience in B2B international business, with a strong background in sales and marketing. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed goals and objectives. Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams of sales and marketing professionals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and threats. Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
