You will play a vital role in expanding our brand's reach in local markets by directly engaging with retailers, gathering valuable market insights, and contributing to our sales growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Retail Outreach:
Actively visit and engage with a diverse range of retail outlets--including local markets, general stores, bakeries, supermarkets, and neighborhood shops--within your assigned territory to drive brand awareness, product visibility, lead generations &

Brand & Product Promotion:
Educate shopkeepers and store owners about our brand and products, highlighting product benefits and brand value.
Lead Generation:
Collect essential customer details such as Name, Phone Number, and Email for follow-up and CRM purposes.
Sales & Onboarding:
Facilitate order collection and assist in onboarding retailers for regular procurement of our products.
Sampling & Marketing:
Distribute product samples and promotional materials to improve brand visibility and awareness.
Market Intelligence:
Gather real-time feedback and insights from retailers regarding products, pricing, and customer preferences.
Performance Targets:
Meet weekly goals related to the number of shop visits, new retailer onboarding, and lead generation.
Regular Reporting:
Prepare and submit detailed reports on daily activities, weekly progress, and monthly achievements, including shop visits, lead generation, orders collected, and market feedback to ensure transparency and track performance.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with people.
Good communication skills in [local language] and basic Hindi/English.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer interaction.
Self-motivated, energetic, and persuasive.
Having a two-wheeler is must.
Students pursuing graduation or recent graduates can apply.
