Job Description

Marketing & Business Development Executive

will be the key liaison between Nuovocare and the healthcare community, with a primary focus on directly promoting our surgical disposable products to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers. This role is a hybrid of marketing and sales, requiring a dynamic professional who can build and nurture relationships with hospital administrators, purchase managers, and surgical staff to drive product adoption and secure new accounts.

Key Responsibilities



Direct Hospital & Clinic Promotion:

Actively visit hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics to introduce and promote the Nuovocare product line. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel and in-person meetings.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare institutions, including surgeons, operation theater (OT) staff, and procurement teams.

Market Intelligence:

Gather competitive intelligence by monitoring competitor activities, product pricing, and market trends. Provide regular feedback to the management and product development teams to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree or MBA

Experience:



Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or a related role. Previous experience in promoting or selling surgical disposables is a significant advantage. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building business relationships in the healthcare sector.

The ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Strong Negotiation & Persuasion Abilities:

Skilled in closing deals and managing objections.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

Must be a proactive individual who can work independently to achieve objectives.

Problem-Solving Skills:

The ability to understand a hospital's pain points (e.g., cost, efficiency, quality) and propose Nuovocare's products as a solution. Familiarity with the Indian healthcare system, hospital hierarchy, and procurement processes is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic knowledge to prepare reports

Mobility:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (e.g., Coimbatore and surrounding regions). Two wheeler is a must
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
