We're looking to hire a target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate and convert leads for Interior Design projects. The role requires a dynamic salesperson with experience in B2B or service-based industries.
Your Responsibilities:
Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, and field visits
Develop new business with SMEs, builders, institutions, retail, and commercial spaces
Convert inbound/outbound inquiries into successful projects
Maintain client records and regular follow-ups
Report regularly on performance and pipeline
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing/business development
Strong communication and networking skills. Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Experience in Interiors, Architecture, real estate, or design industry is a plus
Self-driven with a passion for design and sales
A 2-wheeler is a plus for commuting
