The Marketing & Branding Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the company's brand presence across all marketing channels. This role involves creating impactful marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and driving strategies that strengthen the company's market position and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Branding & Strategy
Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify branding opportunities.
B. Marketing Campaigns
Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and digital initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results and insights.
C. Content & Creative Development
Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, website content, presentations, and videos.
Write, review, and edit content to maintain brand voice and standards.
D. Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms, ensuring regular posting, engagement, and growth.
Coordinate website updates, SEO activities, and online branding requirements.
Track digital analytics to measure brand reach and engagement.
E. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the sales, product, and management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Support HR with internal branding materials when required.
F. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, brand performance, ROI, and insights.
Recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or branding roles.
Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management, basic SEO, and digital analytics.
Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities.
Experience in B2B or technology-related industries.
