Work closely with the Founder to understand brand direction and convert it into weekly/monthly marketing priorities
Support
marketing strategy
: campaign themes, messaging direction, content pillars, and launch planning
Help maintain
brand voice + visual consistency
across content and communication
Build and manage content/campaign calendars; follow up with the team to ensure on-time execution
Communicate the "why" behind priorities so the team stays aligned (Founder's vision ? clear briefs ? output)
Track what's working (content performance + customer feedback) and share insights to improve output
Stay on top of social media and cultural trends; bring ideas that feel relevant andon-brand
What We're Looking For
Strong interest in
marketing + branding + strategy
(not just posting)
Clear communicator who can simplify ideas and coordinate with multiple people
Good taste: understands premium branding, storytelling, and consistency
Trend-aware, but brand-first (knows what to adopt vs. what to skip)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with fast feedback loops
Bonus: Canva/basic editing comfort, or any prior brand/startup/college marketing experience
