Location: Preferably Chennai; open to Pune Experience: Minimum 5 years (must be from the cable or wire harness industry) Qualification: Bachelor's degree

About the Role: This position focuses on developing and expanding Advance Cable's business in the automotive sector, working closely with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, especially in the EV and hybrid vehicle space.

Key Responsibilities:

?Build and manage relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. ?Drive sales of cable and wire harness solutions for automotive applications. ?Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve growth targets. ?Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. ?Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic decision-making. Candidate Profile:

?Minimum 5 years of experience in the cable or wire harness industry, with strong exposure to automotive applications.

?Preferred experience in EV and hybrid vehicle cable solutions. ?Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. ?Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
