Role Overview
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring campaigns are personalized, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Build and deploy email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using Adobe Campaign workflows and templates.
Audience Segmentation: Use CDP data and Adobe Campaign tools to segment audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and engagement history.
Workflow Management: Configure and maintain campaign workflows, including triggers, tracking, and integration with external services (e.g., SMS gateways, push platforms).
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign metrics (opens, clicks, bounces) and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, content, and data teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
Required Skills & QualificationsPast experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
Proficiency in HTML for campaign customization.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred ExperienceExposure to multi-market campaign deployment and localization.
