at Pratra, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing performance through the design, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage multi-channel marketing automation workflows across email, web, and CRM
Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns to support the sales funnel
Create lead scoring strategies and improve data segmentation
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and optimize campaigns
Maintain CRM and marketing databases ensuring data accuracy and hygiene
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals
Conduct A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral targeting initiatives
Work with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation
Proficiency in at least one marketing automation tool (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
Strong understanding of the customer journey, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
HubSpot or Marketo certification
HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
Experience with Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals
Understanding of GDPR and email compliance best practices
