Other Responsibilities:
  • Direct influence on department trust and team spirit across Commercial and Corporate Affairs, GBS, and MEO departments
  • Potential for expanded responsibilities with increased HQ/Affiliate collaboration on new multichannel initiatives
Essential Job Functions
  • Day-to-day execution of multichannel campaigns in SFMC/OCE-Marketing
  • Build and execute end-to-end journeys using SFMC components including:Segments, emails, automations, cloud pages, and journeys
  • Build processes and execute campaigns on newer channels like WhatsApp and SMS
  • Translate sales/marketing requirements to functional marketing automation campaigns
  • Utilize Data Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other SFMC features
  • Manage campaign requests and ensure smooth, timely delivery
  • Provide recommendations for journey logic and campaign flow improvements
  • Provide internal support and training on marketing automation platforms
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and implement best practices
  • Optimize workflows for productivity and campaign execution
  • Troubleshoot, QA, and ensure quality across campaigns and workflows
  • Develop and document scalable processes for continuous improvement
  • Address issues impacting quality and timeliness in project delivery
  • Define processes and timelines for activating new channels
  • Act as SME on SFMC suite and related functionalities, including:
  • Email Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Cloud Page Creation, Social Studio, Query Studio, Einstein STO
  • Contribute to achieving Multichannel Execution Service KPIs:
  • Time to market
  • Service satisfaction
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or E&C); Master's degree or above in relevant area preferred
Experience:
  • 10+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, automation, and platform integration
  • 7+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with SFMC end-to-end campaigns and multichannel delivery (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with OCE-Marketing and OCE-Sales (IQVIA) is a plus
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Ampscript, SQL
  • Data management, segment building, and data preparation for imports
  • Certifications:
  • SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
