Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven
Marketing Automation & Digital Strategy Manager
to lead AIM's automation, communication, and performance initiatives. The role blends
technology, analytics, and creative marketing
-- covering automation workflows for
email, WhatsApp, and CRM
, as well as paid campaign management and brand consistency across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage
end-to-end marketing automation workflows
(email, WhatsApp, and CRM).
Integrate tools such as
LeadSquared, HubSpot, AiSensy, or similar
for nurturing and remarketing.
Plan and execute
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns
to achieve lead and conversion goals.
Manage
audience segmentation, drip sequences, and lead scoring
to improve funnel performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure
consistent branding and messaging
across all campaigns.
Track campaign metrics using
Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
, and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate closely with the admissions team to align campaign leads and improve conversion rates.
Monitor automation flows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize for engagement and ROI.
Stay updated with emerging tools and trends in
MarTech, automation, and digital performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4-7 years of experience
in digital marketing and automation.
Proficiency in
email marketing platforms, CRM systems, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and WhatsApp automation tools.
Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Experience in the
education industry
is a plus.
