As a Marketing Associate - UGC, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, LinkedIn, and search platforms, while leveraging UGC to strengthen trust, authenticity, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
UGC & Content Marketing

• Plan, curate, and manage user-generated content across social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and internal teams to source authentic UGC aligned with brand guidelines.
• Repurpose UGC into high-performing marketing assets for ads, landing pages, and social posts.

Online & Social Media Marketing

• Execute and optimize online marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, engagement, community management, and performance tracking.
• Support content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

LinkedIn Marketing

• Drive LinkedIn growth through organic posts, community engagement, and paid campaigns.
• Support employer branding, thought leadership, and lead-generation initiatives on LinkedIn.
• Analyze LinkedIn metrics and optimize content and campaigns based on performance insights.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor budgets, and track conversions to improve ROI.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to test and scale SEM initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing tools and dashboards.
• Generate insights from data to improve content, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging UGC best practices.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Familiarity with content performance metrics, analytics tools, and basic reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and execution-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
