We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our student engagement and sales team. In this role, you will connect with warm leads (students and their parents), understand their educational needs, and guide them toward the best-fit services we offer. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and drive conversions will directly contribute to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads (students and parents) via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate educational services.
Build rapport and trust to close sales with integrity and empathy.
Maintain and update CRM systems regularly to track leads and interactions.
Coordinate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers.
Monitor your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with leads.
Generate and present weekly performance reports.
Contribute to team strategies and support initiatives to enhance outreach and conversions.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
A collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
