Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and creative

Marketing Associate

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day marketing activities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about branding, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Create, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, email open rates, campaign performance) and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. Support the management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences. Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, or webinars. Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies for campaign deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role (internships included). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.). Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices is a plus. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools. Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
