Role Overview:
We are looking for a
strategic and result-driven Marketing Associate
to lead ApneWala's marketing initiatives and enhance our brand visibility across the U.S. hospitality market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, brand positioning, and business growth through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns including content planning, automation, and performance tracking.
Design visuals using Canva and Photoshop to enhance campaign appeal.
Segment audience lists and develops personalized content strategies to boost engagement.
Manage and grow ApneWala's presence across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Run and monitor Google Ads/SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Support SEO efforts by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring content alignment.
Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to create marketing materials, catalogues, and case studies.
Maintain and clean email databases, ensure deliverability, and track key performance metrics
Stay updated with US B2B market trends in hospitality and suggest improvements accordingly.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing (hospitality, interiors, or furniture industry preferred).
Strong hands-on expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and Google Ads.
Good understanding of SEO, content strategy, and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
