Role Overview
We're seeking a Marketing Associate to drive end-to-end marketing activities--from content creation and digital campaigns to brand communication and market research. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow across multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content for digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Support in planning and executing marketing and brand awareness campaigns
Contribute to newsletters, blogs, presentations, and other marketing collateral
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign ideation and execution
Track marketing performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time roles)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a passion for content and storytelling
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
Proactive attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills
