About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate (Digital Marketing) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WhatsApp Marketing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and Google Ads, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement, retention, and lead generation. Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions. Create and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI. Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and prepare reports on KPIs. Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging creative, ad copies, and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Assist in developing and executing digital growth strategies across multiple online platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics. Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
