Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share for diamond jewelry products.

Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active market prospecting and client engagement.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective promotional materials and support sales initiatives.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with customers, ensuring profitable growth for the company.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to expand visibility and generate new leads.

Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the diamond jewelry segment or luxury goods market.

Strong understanding of domestic and/or international jewelry market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in relevant regional languages is an advantage.

Ability to travel as required for client meetings, networking, and industry events.

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Experience working with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.

Ability to build effective sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
