We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Marketing Associates/Trainees to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for freshers who want to build a career in marketing. You will work across both online (social media, digital campaigns) and offline (on-ground activations, events, branding) marketing functions, gaining hands-on exposure to the entire marketing ecosystem. Job description

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Support in creating engaging content for digital platforms (posts, reels, videos, stories). Help with offline marketing activities including events, promotions, and brand activations. Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content writers, sales, and operations) to execute campaigns. Research trends, competitors, and new marketing ideas to support campaign planning. Track and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Assist in day-to-day tasks across the marketing function as required.

Candidate Profile

Fresh graduates in Visual Communication, Marketing, or Commerce. Passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
