Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiatic Marketing Officer who will be responsible for promoting our FMCG products, conducting market visits, increasing product visibility, managing retailer relationships, and supporting sales growth in the assigned territory. It is a field job so the person should be willing to travel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets to grow sales. Promote our FMCG products and ensure proper product placement and visibility. Execute marketing activities, product demos, and in-store promotions. Generate business and collaborate with new distributors to boost product sales. Maintain strong relationships with retailers, stockists, and distributors. Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and branding campaigns. Track sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate (Any stream) 3-10years of experience in FMCG field marketing/sales

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Familiarity with local geography Ability to handle field work and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
