Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver high-quality promotional materials. Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches. Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management. Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships included). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is a plus. Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for learning new marketing trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
