Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing brand-wise market presence, executing sales and sampling activities across the state, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse the current market position of all brands handled by the company. Conduct field visits across Odisha to carry out sales, sampling, and client engagement activities. Coordinate and negotiate with retail partners, vendors, and brand representatives. Prepare regular MIS reports and data insights using Excel. Communicate professionally via email, messages, and calls in both Hindi and Odia. Contribute to strategic marketing decisions through market and data analysis. Support management with business insights and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or distribution roles (Freshers with strong skills may also apply). Proficiency in MS Excel and a working knowledge of data analysis and MIS reporting. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills in

Hindi, Odia, and English

. Ability to write professional emails and business messages. Willingness to travel across Odisha for fieldwork. (Company Sponsored) Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented.
