JD - Marketing Associate

- Location: Baner, Pune

- Work mode: On-site (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

- Experience: 1-3 years

- Working hours - 9 AM to 6 PM (Might vary on certain days depending on the requirement)

- Working days - 6 days a week/ 1 weekly off

- Number of leaves in a year - Public holidays + 18 Paid Leaves (Post completion of probation period which would be between 3 to 6 months depending on performance)

- Notice period - 1 month

- Company hierarchy/ Reporting Manager - Head - Brand, Marketing & Community/ Founders

- Salary - 25K to 30K (Depending on experience)

Role overview

The Marketing Associate helps bring Aeka's Coffee to life, online and on the ground. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, staying organised, and being close to the action, whether that's planning posts, covering events, or working out of a cafe with freshly brewed coffee around.

This role requires daily attendance at the office and occasional visits to cafes and events as needed. Being present is important to how we work and build the brand together.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Aeka's Coffee's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

- Own and maintain the social media content calendar, keeping content timely and relevant

- Create and edit visual content using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Edit short-form videos for reels, stories, and event highlights

- Support basic performance marketing activities such as boosting posts and tracking campaign performance

- Coordinate with cafes and community managers to capture on-ground content

- Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and community activities

- Track content performance and share simple insights on what's working

- Ensure all content aligns with Aeka's Coffee's brand voice and visual guidelines

What we are looking for

- Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or business

- Comfortable working with Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Familiarity with video editing tools for short-form content

- Basic understanding of performance marketing and social media metrics

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing a content calendar independently

- Enjoys working around people, events, and creative energy

- Willingness to be present on-site every day and participate actively in teamwork

- And yes, someone who genuinely likes freshly brewed specialty coffee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
