Role Overview

We are looking for a fresher who is confident in communication, willing to make cold calls, set up client meetings, and attend face-to-face meetings when required to help close deals.

Responsibilities

Cold calling and reaching out to potential clients Scheduling online/offline meetings Visiting clients for face-to-face meetings when needed Following up with leads and supporting deal closure Maintaining basic reports of calls and meetings

Skills Required

Good communication skills Confidence in talking to clients Willingness to learn sales and marketing Ready to travel for meetings (petrol allowance provided)

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed monthly salary

30% commission

on first invoice of every client onboarded (full amount, no deductions) Petrol allowance for Client meetings Growth opportunity in a fast-growing marketing agency
