Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on content creation, including short-form videos (Reels, Stories), and support the company's marketing and branding efforts across various social media platforms. The role will involve creating engaging content both remotely and on-site, capturing live footage, and collaborating with the operations/ sales team to develop campaigns that enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging, creative, and on-brand social media content, primarily focusing on short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Stories,). Collaborate with the sales and operations team to create content calendars and ensure consistency in messaging across platforms. Travel to company events, execution sites or locations as needed to capture content in real-time (video footage, photos, behind-the-scenes clips). Track and analyze social media performance using metrics to improve strategies. Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, budgets, and ad performance. Assist in filming, editing, and posting video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and marketing goals. Support the team in executing marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions across platforms. Help with community management by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with followers. Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Design, HR) to align content with broader company initiatives. Collaborate with the team to track and analyze social media analytics (reach, impressions, engagement) to inform content creation. Support the ongoing development of the company's social media strategy to achieve growth and brand awareness.
