Key Responsibilities:

Identify and execute all business development opportunities

across Kerala. Initiate and manage

college-level collaborations

and awareness programmes. Coordinate

career guidance sessions

, orientations, and college-level events. Build and maintain strong connections between

colleges and Teammates Academy

. Collect and manage

student data and leads

effectively. Collaborate with the

sales team

to achieve business and enrollment goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Smart, confident, and proactive communicator with strong networking and presentation skills.

Willing to travel anywhere across Kerala

for coordination, events, and partnerships. Passionate about

education, marketing, and career development initiatives
