Role and Responsibilities: Marketing Executive (Educational Institute)

Department: Marketing & Outreach
Reporting to: Regional Marketing Lead / Centre Head / Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving visibility, generating leads, and ensuring brand awareness for the educational institute. They are responsible for executing both online and offline marketing strategies to attract students, promote courses, and support admission goals. This role bridges the gap between the institute's offerings and the target audience (students and parents), making a direct impact on the center's business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute local marketing activities to drive inquiries (events, seminars, school visits, flyer distribution, banners, etc.).
- Support digital marketing campaigns (social media posts, WhatsApp marketing, SMS/email campaigns) in coordination with the central marketing team.
- Build partnerships with schools, tuition centers, and local influencers to increase footfall and referrals.

Brand Visibility & Awareness:

- Ensure proper branding of the center with hoardings, banners, posters, and standees in and around the area.
- Maintain marketing collaterals like brochures, admission kits, and feedback forms at the center.
- Participate in and coordinate for events like felicitation ceremonies, admission drives, and student engagement activities.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Collect and report local market data (student trends, competitor offerings, pricing, etc.).
- Suggest strategies to stand out against competitors in the area.

Community Engagement & Outreach:

- Conduct outreach activities in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and public spaces to spread awareness.
- Organize seminars, workshops, or webinars in collaboration with the academic team to attract students.
- Act as a representative of the brand during all on-ground campaigns and PR activities.

Reporting& Coordination:

- Maintain data of all marketing activities and leads generated through campaigns.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on campaign performance and footfall to the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling team to ensure quality lead flow and follow-up.
