Flow & Mo is an alternate sports nutrition brand on a mission to revolutionise sports & performance supplements industry in India using natural, clean and healthy ingredients. We are currently scaling our online and D2C sales channels and are looking for folks who can help us grow and be a part of the team on the 0 to 1 journey. Key responsibilities:

• Taking care of marketing communication across social media, e-commerce marketplaces, newsletters, emailers, podcasts, blogs, and digital advertisements.
• Working with network of graphic designers & writers to strategise and execute content marketing ideas while maintaining brand tone of voice and design language.
• Identifying and engaging influencers for social media campaigns.
• Working with founders to build marketing strategies and working on conceptualising and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Building an understanding of the marketing funnel, identifying gaps and points of frictions for new customers.
• Working on retention marketing and increasing customer loyalty through rewards and community engagement.

Must-haves:

• Any bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience as a Growth Marketer or demonstration of work in a similar role.
• Should be versatile and have the ability to create fresh ideas and concepts based on research and understanding of the target audience.
• Should have a very strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in handling performance marketing campaigns is a huge plus (but not a necessity).

Note: This is a hybrid work profile. You will be required to work at least 2-3 days a week from our Gurgaon office.
