We're looking for a

Marketing Associate

to join the

Founder's Office

-- a dynamic role that blends storytelling, strategy, and execution at the center of our growth journey.

What You'll Do

Translate complex technology into compelling, benefit-driven narratives. Design and execute

multi-channel marketing campaigns

that generate measurable business impact. Lead

Augle AI's brand presence

across expos, conferences, and webinars. Manage and optimize our

digital presence

using data-backed insights. Create

sales and marketing collateral

that supports key business conversations.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

0-2 years in B2B marketing within

SaaS, industrial tech, or deep-tech

sectors. (Freshers with strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and creative potential are welcome.)*

Core Skills:

Strong writing, analytical, and project management abilities.

Content Writing:

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, precise, and impactful content across digital and print mediums.

Content Marketing:

Strong understanding of

content strategy

,

SEO principles

, and campaign execution across platforms such as

LinkedIn

,

email

, and

blogs

.

Creative Tools:

Basic to intermediate proficiency in

photo and video editing

using tools such as

Canva

,

Adobe Photoshop

,

Premiere Pro

, or similar platforms.

Marketing Tools:

Hands-on experience with

HubSpot

,

Mailchimp

,

LinkedIn Ads

, and

Google Analytics

.

Bonus Skills:

Basic knowledge of

HTML

or

Python

Technical Skills:

Intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel, Power BI and sql is a plus. Fluency in

English

Marathi

for effective on-ground coordination and communication

The Details

Location:

Pune (Bhosari) -- On-site, Full-time

Workdays:

Monday-Saturday (8-9 hours/day)

Compensation:
