What is Enterprise & Field Marketing Structure and scale integrated marketing campaign activation for sales as well as our broader go-to-market strategy. Meaningfully engage the market, prospects, customers, and partners-globally, and across local regions. Create pipeline with strategic and immersive event experiences designed to connect customers and partners with our products and purpose. What you will do: Deliver in-person and virtual events, create account-based marketing plans, plan and execute campaigns, coordinate campaign follow-up, and report on lead-flow and performance Specific skills are an advantage for certain roles (not all): Digital marketing systems (i.e. marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, webinar, social media tools, SharePoint, wiki sites). SaaS event tools (RainFocus, Cvent) What is Digital Marketing Power engagement and conversion across every stage of the customer journey by creating compelling always on digital experiences throughout all our digital properties. Work with the best content, technology, and data-driven insights to future-proof customer experiences, marketing campaigns, and initiatives. What you will do: Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major digital channels and markets. Use various Adobe & web analytic tools to acquire new customers, support the compilation of data and develop recommendations. Specific skills are an advantage for certain roles (not all): Working with quantitative and qualitative data. Analytical Tools (MySQL, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SA360, Google Ads) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar Web Content Management System Java development & testing, HTML/CSS, Search Engine Results Page (SERP) layouts for variety of devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) Software development and test automation experience Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall techniques What is Strategy & Operations Marketing Play an integral role in helping the marketing organization meet and exceed our goals, foster a culture of collaboration, and build alignment within and between organizations to enable Marketing\'s success. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 1+ years of marketing experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to build good cross functional relationships with a variety of teams Can-do, scrappy, creative spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish, attention to detail, strong organizational skills Quick, yet thoughtful and decision-making skills knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help Strong organizational and prioritization skills ability to manage competing priorities effectively Works well under pressure in a high growth, fast-paced & ambiguous, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously #EICFTE For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base rate of $39.43/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
