Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media platforms, create content calendars and track performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive insights.
Support email marketing campaigns and website updates.
Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key KPIs.
Help organize promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
1 year of professional experience in a marketing or related role.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads etc).
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing and branding principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good to Have:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. :- Canva, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
