As a Marketing Associate - Demand Gen & Digital Engagement, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating demand, and accelerating growth for NucleusTeq and NuoData across global markets. You will execute high-impact campaigns, optimize lead generation strategies, and support multi-channel marketing initiatives that fuel our mission to lead the future of data & AI transformation for enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:




Demand Generation & Campaigns:

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and content marketing to drive qualified leads. Optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social to maximize ROI and pipeline growth.

Website & Digital Optimization:

Maintain and optimize our websites for brand alignment, an engaging user experience, and SEO best practices. Use Google Analytics, heatmaps, and conversion tracking to monitor performance and implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve traffic and lead generation.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

Manage content and engagement across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and YouTube to drive brand presence. Develop strategies to increase audience interaction and follower growth, and use performance metrics to optimize content for better engagement.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing:

Assist with CRM workflows, email nurture sequences, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates. Support automation initiatives to streamline lead generation and customer engagement.

Event & Partner Marketing:

Collaborate on virtual and in-person events to drive awareness and engagement with key audiences. Support partner co-marketing efforts, including joint campaigns and event sponsorships.

Analytics & Optimization:

Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Refine strategies based on data insights to maximize marketing impact.

Marketing Operations

: Manage marketing databases, schedules, budgets, and records. Provide cross-project support to ensure operational efficiency and seamless execution.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital campaigns, website optimization, social and content development Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with a passion for innovation Basic understanding of marketing principles and performance analytics Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
