About the Role:

BTL Marketing Associate

, you'll be the face of our brand during on-ground activations, college campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.

You'll play a key role in

promoting our product, engaging potential users

, and ensuring every campaign reflects our brand's energy and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Support

on-ground marketing campaigns

, activations, and events across campuses, societies, and communities.

Promote product awareness

by explaining offerings, demonstrating app features, and encouraging sign-ups or participation.

Engage with users and collect feedback

to help improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.

Distribute marketing material

(flyers, merchandise, etc.) and maintain proper stock and usage tracking. Share

daily campaign reports, insights, and photos/videos

with the central marketing team. Coordinate with internal teams for

campaign setup, logistics, and brand visibility

execution. Identify local opportunities for

brand tie-ups, events, or community engagement

Who You Are:

A

college student, fresher, or early professional

passionate about marketing, events, and brand building. Outgoing, energetic, and confident in approaching and engaging with people. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, on-ground environment

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in execution.
