Job Description

As a Marketing Associate at Butter Money, you will support the implementation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our home loan products and brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through data-driven marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities

• Assist in research and analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM), content marketing, and branding efforts.
• Create and manage marketing content such as social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and propose optimizations for better ROI.
• Coordinate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles (fintech experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and social media marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for fintech and improving financial access.
