They should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers\xe2\x80\x99 behaviour. Successful marketing Associate possess excellent analytical and numerical skills and are deeply creative with great problem-solving skills.They are someone who are currently living in Bangalore or are willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic marketing plans for the company to help grow the product\xe2\x80\x99s awareness and attract clients.Generating and qualifying leads, tracking marketing and sales data.Coordinating with other members of the team to move deals towards closure.Mandatory Requirements:Planning and executing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and display advertising.Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Evaluating relevant marketing tools and technologies.Preferred Requirements:Excellent communicator with the proficiency to captivate potential customers.Self - motivated, adept at planning and organization.Proactive in identifying opportunities as well as challenges.Creative and innovative mindset with ability to multitask.Leadership flair and capacity to operate independently.Attentive to details.Ability to allocate resources effectively.QualitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies in digital space.Hands-on experience with marketing tools.Communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and potential customers.Eligibility Criteria:Experience in marketing or related field.Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns.Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Business.What\xe2\x80\x99s for the Candidate:7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 LPA.Flexible work hours and remote work options at times.About the Organisation:Our client is a game based savings and investment application for the gen-z and young millennial of India to Save, Play and Earn returns more than a traditional savings bank account.
