Marketing Executive
, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, handling fresh queries, and overseeing lead generation activities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients who walk-in, call, or reach out through online portals. Your primary goal will be to nurture these leads, provide them with relevant information, and guide them through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Handle incoming queries from walk-ins, calls, and online portals.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest skincare products, industry trends, and manufacturing processes to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities and ensure smooth transitions through the sales process.
Reporting:
Keep track of lead sources, client interactions, and conversion rates to improve lead generation strategies.
Coordination:
Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities for client acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer handling, sales, or marketing, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or manufacturing industry.
