Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated

Marketing Assistant

to join our team on-site in Virar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with marketing strategies, lead generation, and client outreach, with a strong focus on finding and engaging international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential international clients and business opportunities in industries such as advertising, e-commerce, consumer goods, and product design. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our 3D animation and product rendering services. Manage outreach efforts through emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networks. Maintain and update the client database and track leads. Support in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate with the creative team to understand project requirements and effectively communicate them to potential clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to discover new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written English proficiency is essential). Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques. Ability to conduct research and identify target markets. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage). Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
