Key Responsibilities
Support marketing and sales operations through client communication, product demos, and documentation.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and technical brochures.
Maintain and update customer databases and inquiry records.
Coordinate with the technical team for product data, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits when required.
Collect and analyze feedback from clients for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc. in
Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
.
0-1 year of experience in marketing, technical sales, or laboratory support (freshers welcome).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of disinfectants, hygiene products, or laboratory chemicals will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
