We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Aparna NEO Mall. As a fresh graduate or entry-level marketing professional, you will assist in executing various marketing campaigns, promoting mall events, and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Support the marketing team in organizing and executing in-mall events, festive decor, and seasonal promotions. Oversee ongoing events, installations, and festive decor to ensure smooth operations. Assist in the execution and coordination of events, festive decor, and promotional activities within the mall premises. Share event updates, promotional material, and campaign details with mall retailers; collect feedback and participation confirmations. Coordinate with digital teams by capturing photos/videos of mall activities and maintaining a content bank. Identify cross-promotional opportunities with retailers and assist in implementing joint marketing initiatives. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports detailing marketing and event performance for internal review meetings. Maintain archives of past events, participation records, and performance metrics. Help monitor and report competitor malls' marketing activities and campaigns. Scheduled and conducted client ( External & Internal) meetings for potential collaborations. Explored outreach tie-ups with relevant brands/societies/schools/colleges etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn Keen interest in marketing, event management, and the retail industry Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Flexibility to work on weekends and in shifts as required
