Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary



We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy

Marketing Coordinator

to elevate our boutique's brand presence. You will be the voice and visual storyteller of our store, responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and building a loyal community of fashion lovers. Your goal is to turn followers into customers and ensure our boutique is the "talk of the town."

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation:

Shoot and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and "behind-the-scenes" boutique life.

Social Media Management:

Manage the daily posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs promptly.

Influencer Relations:

Identify and reach out to local micro-influencers and fashion bloggers for collaborations, gifting, and boutique visits.

Email & SMS Marketing:

Design and send weekly newsletters or WhatsApp updates to our VIP customers regarding new collections and exclusive sales.

Event Coordination:

Plan and promote in-store events, such as "Sip & Shop" nights, product launches, or seasonal clearance sales.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor social media analytics and website traffic to understand what content drives the most sales and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements & Qualifications



Experience:

experience in digital marketing or social media management (fashion or lifestyle background preferred).

Tech Skills:

Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom or any) and social media

Creative Eye:

A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to stay ahead of fast-moving fashion trends.

Communication:

Exceptional copywriting skills with a "brand voice" that is relatable, stylish, and engaging.

Self-Starter:

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage a content calendar effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
