Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic

Offline & Field Marketing Executive

to increase

patient walk-ins, doctor referrals, and local brand visibility

for our Dr.Kennedy's Diagnostic Center - Velachery, through on-ground marketing and relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

Doctor & Referral Marketing

Visit

doctors, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes

to build and maintain referral partnerships Explain diagnostic services, test accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and packages to doctors Manage

doctor referral programs

and ensure regular follow-ups Collect feedback from doctors and improve referral engagement
Field & Local Marketing

Conduct

field visits

in nearby residential areas, pharmacies, gyms, and corporates Promote health checkup packages and seasonal offers Coordinate

local tie-ups

with apartments, offices, schools, and factories Execute

door-to-door, kiosk, and booth promotions

where required
Health Camps & Events

Plan and execute

health camps, screening programs, and awareness drives

Coordinate logistics such as banners, stalls, equipment, and staff Ensure lead collection and post-camp follow-ups for conversions
Branding & Promotions

Handle offline branding materials (banners, standees, pamphlets, brochures) Ensure correct placement and visibility of branding materials Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the local area
Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily field visit reports and lead tracking Share market insights, doctor feedback, and competitor analysis with management Coordinate with front desk and call center teams for lead follow-up
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Healthcare preferred) 1-4 years of experience in

Healthcare / Diagnostic / Hospital Field Marketing

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally and work on the field daily Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests and healthcare services (training will be provided)
