Strategy Development & Implementation:

Creating and executing marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Market Research:

Conducting research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

Campaign Management:

Planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, advertising, events).

Data Analysis:

Analyzing marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure ROI.

Brand Management:

Contributing to brand development, messaging, and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Sales Support:

Assisting the sales team with lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales enablement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing:

A Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing is essential.

Strong Analytical Skills:

The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights is crucial.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for presenting findings, collaborating with teams, and communicating with stakeholders.

Leadership Skills:

As they progress, MBA freshers may be expected to lead teams and manage projects.

Digital Marketing Proficiency:

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is increasingly important.

Creativity and Innovation:

Developing fresh and engaging marketing campaigns requires creativity.

Business Acumen:

A strong understanding of business principles and how marketing contributes to overall business goals is essential.
