A marketing assistant cum tele caller (female) for a landscaping business is expected to handle a mix of marketing support tasks and telephone-based customer outreach. This dual role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and offering administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities

Initiate and answer calls to generate leads and inform clients about landscaping services. Follow up on inquiries, convert leads to clients, and maintain regular communication. Support digital and offline marketing campaigns, including market research and report preparation. Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on leads. Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for field staff as needed. Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and other marketing documents. Handle administrative duties such as organizing office records, drafting communications, and providing customer service. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is desirable. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional regional language proficiency may be a plus. Good working knowledge of office and CRM software (such as Microsoft Office Suite). Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a goal-oriented approach.
