Field Marketing Executive - Solar Power Plant (Male & Female)
Job Summary
We are seeking two dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executives (one Male, one Female) to drive the promotion and lead generation for our Solar Power Plant solutions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing activities, including organizing promotional camps in villages and banks, distributing marketing materials, and conducting direct marketing in industrial areas. This role requires extensive field work, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Ground Campaign Execution (Camps & Events)
Organize and manage promotional camps in strategic locations such as banks, villages, and community centers to raise awareness about solar power plant benefits. Conduct engaging presentations and informational sessions to potential customers in groups. Represent the company professionally at all field events, addressing public inquiries about solar solutions. Coordinate necessary logistics for setting up camps (e.g., permits, display materials, seating). 2. Direct Marketing & Distribution
Distribute promotional materials (e.g., pamphlets, brochures, flyers) effectively to target audiences in villages, banks, and other high-footfall areas. Identify and engage with potential customers (both residential and commercial/industrial) to explain the cost savings and environmental benefits of solar energy. 3. Industrial and Commercial Outreach
Conduct door-to-door marketing and cold calls in industrial estates, commercial complexes, and manufacturing units to generate leads for large-scale solar power plant installations. Schedule initial meetings for the Sales team with key decision-makers (e.g., factory owners, management). 4. Lead Generation and Reporting
Collect and maintain a database of qualified leads from camps, distribution efforts, and industrial visits. Provide daily/weekly reports on marketing activities, including number of contacts, leads generated, and campaign effectiveness. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, to inform future marketing strategy. 5. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, bank managers, and industrial contacts to facilitate future marketing efforts. Qalifications & Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Previous experience (1-3 years) in field marketing, direct sales, or on-ground promotions, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or a similar technical/product industry. Language: Fluency in the local regional language(s) and working knowledge of Hindi/English is a must. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and work in a field-based role. Vehicle: Having personal transportation (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is highly advantageous. Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and public speaking skills to conduct effective presentations and interact with diverse audiences (villagers, bank staff, industrial managers). Proactive and Self-Motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed lead generation targets. High level of energy and enthusiasm for promoting a green technology product. Resilience and ability to work effectively in challenging outdoor and field environments. Team Player who can coordinate activities effectively with the other executive and the core sales team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
