Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of marketing campaigns, help create brand awareness, and contribute to lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.

Coordinate with sales, design, and other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Organize and attend marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.

Support the development of marketing materials and collateral.

Maintain and update the customer database and CRM systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (freshers with strong internships may be considered).

Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

Creative mindset and attention to detail.
