We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Marketing Assistant with at least five years of hands-on experience in supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand strategy. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Manage and update marketing assets, calendars, and databases
Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using analytics tools
Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and vendor coordination
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp)
Basic graphic design and copywriting skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Familiarity with CRM tools and CMS platforms
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing support role
Proven track record of contributing to successful campaigns and brand growth
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industry-specific marketing (e.g., tech, retail, healthcare)
Certifications in digital marketing or analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads)
Experience mentoring junior marketing staff or interns
