Key Responsibilities
Manage Trello boards across all stages -- creating, updating, linking, and duplicating cards for clear workflow tracking
Monitor landing pages to ensure content is accurate and updated
Support non-core brand admin tasks and gradually assist with core brand workflows after training
Compile and organize Proof of Execution (POE) documents and prepare reporting for review
Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure timely updates and submissions
Maintain trackers, records, and marketing operations documentation
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, Communications, Brand Management, or any closely related marketing discipline
Strong
written and spoken English
for brand coordination and communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working with tools like Trello, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
Proactive, reliable, and quick to learn new processes or tools
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of admin, marketing support, or operations experience are welcome
