Marketing Assistant
who can support our marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and digital initiatives across multiple markets.

? What You'll Do
Manage and execute
LinkedIn marketing campaigns
, including outreach and engagement with industry professionals.
Support
email marketing campaigns
-- pre- and post-tradeshow, newsletters, and client follow-ups.
Update and maintain contact databases and
CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot)
.
Assist with marketing materials -- graphics, presentations, event flyers, and reports.
Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on lead generation and marketing projects.
Perform other ad-hoc marketing and admin tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a
Marketing Assistant or Marketing VA
for
U.S.-based clients
(required).
Strong background in
LinkedIn marketing
,
email marketing
, and
CRM management
(Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
Proficiency in
Canva
or other graphic design tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Positive attitude, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
