Hiring: Marketing & Operations Staff We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing & Operations Executives to join our team. Responsibilities: o Handle client inquiries and lead conversion through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. o Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). o Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to attract potential clients. o Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth client communication and follow-ups. o Coordinate with design and construction teams for timely updates to clients. Requirements: o Good communication skills in English & Malayalam. o Basic knowledge of social media marketing (posting, engagement, ads). o Ability to convince and build relationships with clients. o Prior experience in marketing, sales, or operations is an added advantage.
