Assist the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) in all his assigned duties and perform every responsibility delegated by the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) to utmost Satisfaction of the Organisation.
Verify ongoing events which are likely to be held by counterchecking various Event and Government Portals.
Make a list of such events with dates and client details and inform the Manager Marketing & Client Services about such events.
Work in close coordination with the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) and seek directives of Manager on all professional requirements.
Seek instructions from the Executive Director and the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) to Coordinate with clients about finalising event details and requirements.
Respond to Business inquiries and submit proposals, in consultation with the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) and the Executive Director.
Onsite Client Servicing - make notes where required and appraise the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) and the Executive Director about the same.
In consultation with the Manager (Marketing & Client Services) and the Executive Director, Prepare BOQ along with costs to include Mark up costs (Include Margins), Quotes for the Events and, Work Completion Details.
Intimate the event listings on websites and update the event calendars.
Maintain records and reports of Events.
Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Designs & Operations) to ensure seamless event execution
Suggestions and changes from the client are noted and shared with Design Team to modify the design till the design is approved.
Price bids are prepared while bidding and/or giving the design proposal (if needed) for the project
